We cannot accept returns for discounted/clearance items, customized orders, or any sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered. Intimate apparel is also non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
A small return shipping fee may apply unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect. For exchanges due to our mistake, we cover all shipping costs.
Refunds are issued as store credit only. Once we receive and approve your return, the credit will be applied to your account within 3-5 business days.
